Learn the life-saving skills needed to respond confidently in a cardiac emergency!
This practical and engaging session developed by Irish Heart Foundation will cover:
- How to recognise cardiac arrest and stroke
- How to make a 112/999 emergency call
- Hand-only CPR for adults and Children
- How to use an AED
- What do do if someone is choking
- Understanding the difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice CPR in a supportive environment
