OPEN NIGHT – NOVEMBER 11TH 7PM @ ST. ANNES RESOURCE CENTRE

Ever wonder what our Community First Responders do and what it takes to be part of such a group?

Community First Responders (CFRs) play an important role in emergency situations by providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies before professional services arrive. With no medical background required, volunteers who live within the community are trained to respond to incidents such as cardiac arrests, heart attack, stroke or chocking. Their role is to help stabilise the patient and provide the appropriate care, including, if required, defibrillation.

  •

If you have ever wanted to learn this life-saving skill, or want to practice your CPR skills, this is the event for you.

Responder (CFR), you have the unique opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while fitting the role around your own schedule. Whether you can give two hours per week or per day, early mornings or late nights, weekdays or weekends, the flexibility of this role means it can easily align with your lifestyle. You choose the hours that work for you!

So, drop in for an Open Night on Monday, November 11th, 2024, at 7 PM at St. Anne’s Resource Centre where we will beanswering any questions!
