Free Hands For Life Training – April 2026

Learn the life-saving skills needed to respond confidently in a cardiac emergency!

This practical and engaging session developed by Irish Heart Foundation will cover:

How to recognise cardiac arrest and stroke
How to make a 112/999 emergency call
Hand-only CPR for adults and Children
How to use an AED
What do do if someone is choking
Understanding the difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice CPR in a supportive environment

Tuesday, 7th April
7:00-9:00pm, (registration 6:50pm)
