Free Hands For Life Training 

Learn the life-saving skills needed to respond confidently in a cardiac emergency! 

This practical and engaging session developed by Irish Heart Foundation will cover:

  • How to recognise cardiac arrest and stroke
  • How to make a 112/999 emergency call
  • Hand-only CPR for adults and Children
  • How to use an AED
  • What do do if someone is choking
  • Understanding the difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice CPR in a supportive environment

  • Thursday , 19th February 
  • 7:00-8:15pm, (registration 6:50pm)
