Hands for Life Training – June 2023

Well done to the 19 participants who completed Hands for Life training last night. Attendees learned life-saving skills, including

– how to recognise a cardiac arrest

– practice CPR

– demonstration of how to use an AED.

Thanks again to St Anne’s Resource Centre for allowing us to use the room, to all of the volunteers from Shankill & Ballyback CFR, and to Keith from Greystones Community First Responders for helping as an instructor.
